“Create Your Life Story” is a one-week retreat where storytelling meets self-development in a space created to inspire.
Here, you’ll discover that you’re a not just the writer of your stories, you are also the author of own your life. Together, we’ll uncover your own truths and weave them into the story of who you want to become.
The retreat is designed as a unique creative experience where you work on your individual story project and your personal growth. You practice to attune to your thoughts, emotions, and actions, breaking free from old, repetitive narratives, which also help you to transform as a writer. You learn about Conscious Storytelling, breathe deeply, meditate, dance, smile, practice yoga, share your journey, and write within a supportive community of like-minded storytellers. Together, we explore how to open ourselves up to love and craft life stories that resonate deeply, touching hearts and change minds.
In addition to the Conscious Storytelling workshop, creative writing exercises and spiritual practices, a selected guest yoga and meditation facilitator and a private chef join us to add even more magic to this journey.
The retreat takes place in the beautiful nature of Portugal. The country of fado, poetry, deep values and traditions, a profound culture. But more than anything, Portugal is a feeling, that inspires us to open our hearts.
